Terms of Service

Welcome to the Rhobot Academy Legal & Policy Center. These documents govern your use of the Rhobot Academy platform, mobile application, Telegram community, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these policies.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, creating an account, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services. Rhobot Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration and Security

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy thereafter.

Account Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials confidential;
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access;
Accept that we may, at our discretion, disable or terminate your account if fraudulent activity is suspected.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Use License

All content, strategies, indicators, software, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Rhobot Academy, protected by copyright and trade secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
Prohibited Actions: You are strictly forbidden from sharing, distributing, recording (screen recording), selling, sublicensing, or publicly displaying any course content. You may not use our materials to create a competing product or service. Data scraping or automated extraction of content is prohibited.

Violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund and may lead to legal action for damages.

4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and manage our Services, including:

Personal Data: Full name, email address, phone number, Telegram username.
Payment Data: Payment receipts and sender’s name for verification. We do not store financial account numbers.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and usage data collected via standard web server logs.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used to:

Create and manage your student account.
Process enrollments and verify payments.
Communicate important updates regarding your account.
Provide customer and technical support.

3. Data Security & Storage

While we implement security measures to protect your data, no system is infallible. As outlined in our Terms, your password is stored in a readable format. By using our Services, you accept this inherent risk. Your data is stored on secure servers, and we restrict internal access to authorized personnel.

4. Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

Access, update, or correct your information;
Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention);
Withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time.

Risk Disclosure Statement

Trading involves risk. By enrolling, you confirm you have read and understood the following:

Trading leveraged instruments (e.g., Forex, commodities, indices, crypto) carries substantial risk of loss.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Rhobot Academy does not provide personalized trading advice.
All educational material is for learning purposes only.
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
You acknowledge full responsibility for all profits or losses incurred through your actions.

Refund Policy

All course sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind;
Failure to access materials due to user error;
Dissatisfaction with course content;
Failure to achieve expected trading outcomes.

We may, at our discretion, issue credits or re-enrollment options in exceptional cases.

No Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate any chargeback requests with your financial institution. Any such request will be considered a breach of these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover the disputed amount, along with any fees incurred.

Community Guidelines

Our Telegram community is for educational discussion only. The following are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, hate speech, or disrespect toward any member or instructor.
Spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions.
Sharing of illegal or copyrighted material.
Giving or soliciting personalized financial advice.
Political or religious discussions.

Violations of these guidelines may lead to suspension, expulsion, or permanent account termination without refund. Repeated violations or harassment may be referred to appropriate legal authorities.
